Refund policy
At Casefly, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests only for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective item on arrival
- Missing items in your package
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with uncut unboxing proof (photo/video clearly showing the issue).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products such as screen protectors and lens protectors are non-returnable once applied or if the protective film has been removed.
3. Installation & Alignment Note
If a customer reports that the screen protector is not properly aligned, please note:
- Installation errors are possible even when using the included alignment frame.
- The frame is not foolproof and the screen protector and frame are not permanently fixed — they may separate during transit.
- We recommend checking and adjusting the alignment before final application to ensure the best fit.
Casefly is not responsible for alignment issues arising during installation.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange.
Shipping and handling charges of INR 99 will be charged for change-of-mind requests and any exchange requests.
5. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method or store credits within 5–7 business days. In case of replacements, we will ship the new item once the return is verified.
