At Casefly, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we're here to help. We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us.

To Claim Warranty:

  1. Verify Eligibility: Check if your product qualifies for warranty. Our warranty covers products purchased directly from Casefly or our authorized partners.
  2. Submit a Ticket: If your product is eligible, submit a warranty claim ticket, including your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: General wear and tear from daily use is not covered.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper handling or misuse is not covered.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications is not covered.
  • Non-Casefly Products: Third-party purchases are not covered under our warranty.

Casefly Warranty Inclusions:
For select products, we offer a lifetime warranty. This covers defects that are the result of manufacturing errors. Accidental damage, installation issues, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
