How can I cancel my order ?
The order can be cancelled by contacting us at support@casefly.in or WhatsApp us before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched the order cancellation is not possible.
How can I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@casefly.in within 7 days of delivery. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. You may return any unused and unopened item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For COD orders refund is issued in the form of store credits which can be fully used on next purchase.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange. Please note that shipping and handling charges of INR 99 will be applied for change-of-mind requests and any exchange requests.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 1 working day upon receipt at support@casefly.in. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
Can I return screen protectors or custom products?
No, certain types of items cannot be returned, including screen protectors, camera protective lenses, and custom products such as special orders or personalized items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
For prepaid orders, shipping is free. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a minimal fee of INR 99 is charged. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number at order tracking page to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.

Do you collect my bank or card details ?
